York Caravan Park is proud to be a member of Tranquil Touring Parks, the UK’s leading group of over 40 adult only caravan parks and campsites. For our guests, the Tranquil Parks sign provides the assurance of a peaceful touring park with excellent facilities and a commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

Tranquil Touring Parks are exclusively for adults. The group does not admit or list caravan parks that simply promote a few adult only touring pitches in a ‘quiet area’ for grown-ups. Member parks only admit persons over 18 years to the park or its facilities.

Each Tranquil Parks’ member is required achieve a minimum four star quality standard, validated by annual inspections by Visit England or the AA. You can check the standards offered at each member caravan park on the Tranquil Parks website. We are delighted to offer 5 Star touring accommodation for grown ups at our tranquil caravan site in York.
