York Caravan Park, Exclusively for Adults – Park Rules
We hope your stay at York Caravan Park will be a very enjoyable one, so ask for your compliance with the park rules for your own safety and the safety and comfort of other guests around you:
Arrival
All visitors must report to reception on arrival.
No guests or visitors under the age of 18 years may be admitted to the site.
The park admits couples and single adults only.
Departure
Pitches must be vacated by 11.30 on the day of departure.
Late departure, may be available by prior arrangement with the owners.
Vehicles
One vehicle per pitch is permitted. Additional vehicles by arrangement.
Only professionally converted habitation vehicles are permitted.
Vehicles are only to be driven by persons holding a full driving license and valid insurance policy.
The speed limit of 5mph, must be observed throughout the park. Anyone exceeding 5mph will be asked to leave their vehicle in the main car park.
Noise & Games
No loud music or rowdy behaviour is permitted at any time.
Generators are not permitted.
Drones & Aerial Photography
Use of and/or flying of drones or other aerial photography devices above the caravan park is not permitted at any time.
Dogs & Pets
A maximum of 3 Dogs are permitted on each pitch.
Dogs must not be left unattended at any time and are be kept on short leads or tie outs when not inside a caravan or tent.
Dogs are to be exercised on the park’s dog walk to avoid fouling on the park.
Please clean up after your pet. Dog waste bins are provided around the park.
Guests may be asked to leave if their dogs cause other guests annoyance or discomfort by excess barking or aggressive behaviour.
Fires & Barbecues
Open fires are not permitted anywhere on site other than firepits provided on superior pitches or hired from the park reception.
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised on bricks away from grass, plants, trees and other combustible materials.
Electric & Hybrid Vehicles
Electric and hybrid vehicles may be charged from your electric hook-up bollard. Electricity is metered. Learn about metered electricity..
Accidents & Insurances
Caravans and vehicles enter the park at the owner’s risk. No responsibility is accepted for loss, damage or injury on the park, however caused. We strongly advise guests check that they have appropriate insurances for the period of their stay.
All accidents or incidents on the park must be reported and recorded at reception.

The proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission or ask any guest failing to comply with these rules to leave the park immediately without refund.
