York Racecourse sets a pace with the first race meet of the horse racing season, its mid-week Dante Racing Festival 17–19 May. Yorkshire race pundits reckon early season winners are the ones to watch through the rest of the season’s 18 exciting race days at the Knavesmire York Race Course. The atmospheric Spring Meeting follows on Saturday 27 May with another race card of top quality horses for the William Hill Bronte Cup.
